The restaurant
El Lago has looked out over the private lake at Greenlife Golf since 2000. Renovated and reopened in 2025, with chef Milos Zdravkovic leading the kitchen, it cooks seasonal Andalusian recipes from local, zero-kilometre produce, with a contemporary hand.
